Pre-MBA Training Program
The Pali Training Program, for recent college graduates, provides unique opportunities for young professionals to spend time with our various business divisions through a one-year rotation program. Having successfully completed the rotation, most participants become full-time employees. Participants are expected to achieve a well-rounded body of knowledge about the firm's overall business, and its contribution to the financial services industry as a whole.
